The Last Roundup will be held poolside on Saturday evening, May 1 st. A cheese and fruit tray with an assortment of crackers, fresh vegetables with a selection of homemade dips, mini croissants, stuffed jalapenos, broccoli and cheese puffs, Cajun chicken strips, tri color tortilla chips and salsa, Swedish meatballs, and stuffed mushrooms will be offered and a cash bar will be available. We will have some comments from our judges along with this last chance to unwind and visit with friends. Cost is $27/person.
