TRANQUILITY SPA: Offers a range of services designed to indulge your Senses and Renew your Spirit. Enjoy for an hour or all day. ABTC members/guests have been offered some specials during our stay. Facials: $70 (50 minutes). Regularly $85.

• Anti-Aging Facial-is customized to your skin type and features a treatment for younger looking skin. Includes cleansing, toning, exfoliation, masque and moisturizing massage. During the masque, relax with a neck and shoulder massage.

• Deep Cleansing Facial- focuses on cleansing the skin in two phases, steam treatment to open pores, and a deep pore cleansing masque. During the masque, you’ll enjoy a relaxing neck and shoulder massage.

Refresher Facial: $45 (25 minutes)- A wonderful refresher for your skin! Includes cleansing, toning, exfoliation, and moisturizing selected for your skin type. Add the following to your facial or massage for ½ price!

• Back Facial-Your back deserves to look good too! We pamper your back with deep cleansing, toning, and exfoliating to give your skin a healthy glow. We’ll choose an appropriate masque for your skin type, and then we will finish with a relaxing back massage.

• Relaxing Lavender Wrap-An aromatherapy for the senses! We blend 100% pure crushed lavender herb, lavender essential oil, and moisturizing shea butter to create a rich, luxurious cream body masque. Benefits: Relaxing, soothing, calming. Gently detoxifying.

• Healing Green Tea & Sage Wrap – An herbal combination that soothes damagedSkin! We blend Vitamin B-3 rich pure Sage leaves with Green Tea and light moisturizers to create a cream body masque that nourishes skin. Benefits: Anti-inflammatory, astringent, anti-irritant, repairing; great for sun-damaged skin, oily, acneic problems or irritated skin. Moderately detoxifying.

• Hot & Healthy Herbal Mud Wrap – Dead Sea Mud, rich in nutrients and minerals, is blended with the healing properties of lavender and chamomile essential oils, Linden & St. John’s Wort herbal extracts, in a base of Damiana Tea, Aloe Vera, and avocado oil to soothe and hydrate skin. Highly Detoxifying.

LAKE TEXOMA FISHING TOURS: Info for Bill Carey’s Striper Express fishing tours can be found at www.tanglewoodresort.com or www.striperexpress.com. Early reservations are encouraged.

HORSEBACK RIDING: Is available during daylight hours only at $25/hour. Early reservations through Tanglewood (1-800-833-6569) are suggested.

SUNSET CRUISE: Cruise on the water with music while the captain of the 81 ft cruiser gives highlights of the area. Bring your own beverages. Scheduled for Tuesday evening, contact Jennifer Goza at Tanglewood (1-800-833-6569) or jgoza@tanglewoodresort.com for reservations. There is a 30 person minimum and maximum of 65. Cost is $30/person. Deadline is same as for ABTC activities.

Hagerman Wildlife Tour offered by Tanglewood: Guided tour of 12,000 acres of water, wetlands, prairie and woods. See native birds, wildlife, and plants in this protected area. Costs $10/person with a 14 person maximum (no minimum). Contact Jennifer Goza at Tanglewood (1-800-833-6569) or jgoza@tanglewoodresort.com for info and reservations. Deadline is same as for ABTC activities.

There will also be live entertainment Friday and Saturday nights, as well as property activities with Tanglewood’s activity director dependent on ABTC’s schedule of events.
